*Kia models 2022+ sold in Massachusetts do not ship with the hardware necessary for telematics because of the recent right-to-repair bill. Any model before 2022 can connect, and only models past that year will be impacted. So Niro, Soul, and Optima pre-2022 BEV or PHEV models should not have issues.
