POWER OUTAGE: Thank you for your patience! While most customers have been restored, HG&E is working with Verizon to reset several poles before we can restore service to the remaining customers without power. In the Highlands, we expect power will be restored midday for the majority of customers, but some customers with backyard service may experience a longer outage today. We are doing everything we can to expedite the process and will provide additional updates as they become available.
PAYMENT UPDATE: There will be an online and over-the-phone payment outage from Friday, September 5 at 4:30 pm through Monday, September 8 at 8:30 am. This payment downtime is related to HG&E's transition to a new account management tool, SmartHub. We look forward to sharing the new payment system with you on Monday!
