Rebates for Appliances, Weatherization, Electric Lawn Equipment & Heating and Cooling

Rebates available for qualifying appliances, central air conditioners, heat pumps/mini-splits, electric lawn equipment and weatherization projects including insulation and air sealing. Please review the specific eligiblilty requirements, terms and conditions of each program that you are interested in pursuing.

Free Home Energy Audits

Get a free customized assessment of your multi-family home to help determine the most cost-effective ways to reduce your, and your tenants' energy bills. To arrange for an energy audit at no cost to you, you can either submit this online form or you can contact our energy services partner, NextZero, at 1-888-333-7525. They will work with you to schedule the energy audit, which is conducted through the Center for EcoTechnology (CET).
