Important: SmartHub App Update Required for Continued Payments
We want to inform customers of an important update to the SmartHub mobile app that will affect how you make payments. If you use the mobile app, you must update to SmartHub version 26.3 to ensure uninterrupted access to payment functionality.
What You Need to Know:
- Update Required: All customers who utilize the SmartHub app must update the app to version 26.3
- When: 9 pm on June 18, 2026
- After June 18 at 9:00 pm: Older app versions will no longer support mobile payments
Please note: there may be 10 minutes of downtime between 8:55 and 9:05 pm on June 18.
What to Expect:
- Android users: You will be prompted to update when opening or signing into the app
- iPhone (iOS) users: A message will appear in SmartHub indicating an update is required before making a payment
If you do not update the app, you will still be able to log in, but you will not be able to make payments through SmartHub after the transition.
What You Should Do Now:
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Search for "SmartHub"
- Tap Update
- Open the updated app and log in as usual
We recommend updating your app today to avoid any disruption.
