HG&E is excited to announce a new self-service payment kiosk which is located behind the main office! With a simple click, the kiosk will offer detailed instructions in both Spanish and English.

Payment Kiosk Tips:

  • Pay anytime by cash, check, or credit card.
  • Bring your account number to make a payment.
  • After an initial payment using the kiosk, the system will conveniently store your account information for next time.
  • If you have any questions while you are using the kiosk, contact Customer Service by utilizing the call button on the left hand side of the kiosk (during business hours).

This is just one of HG&E’s convenient payment options. You can also pay online, over-the-phone, in person, via drop box, or by mail! If you have any questions, contact us!
