Customer Satisfaction Survey - 2019

HG&E will be conducting a satisfaction survey the week of June 10! Randomly selected customers will be called and asked specific questions about their utility services. The calls will come from GreatBlue Research’s call center in Connecticut using an 860 area code (860-740–4004, 4005, 4006, 4007), not a toll-free number. HG&E is also introducing a new digital survey this year, which will allow customers the ability to conveniently complete the survey via www.hged.com. The survey link will be posted for one week, from June 17 - June 24, 2019.
The goal is to collect opinions from 400 randomly selected customers by phone, as well as customers who are interested in completing the digital survey. Customer Satisfaction Surveys help HG&E focus on meeting local needs, while planning for Holyoke’s innovative energy future.
