Once enrolled, your default bank account or credit card is charged directly for the amount due on your monthly HG&E bill, making time-consuming bill payments a thing of the past. Best of all, this program is completely free and assures you that you’ll receive your 10% prompt payment discount every month.

ACTION REQUIRED FOR EXISTING AUTO PAY CUSTOMERS: As HG&E transitions to a new online payment system, all customers need to re-enroll in Auto Pay by selecting and completing the appropriate form below.
