24-Hour Emergency Service
Were you aware that HG&E offers service and maintenance of your natural gas fired furnaces, boilers, water heaters and cooking equipment at some of the lowest rates in Western Massachusetts?

Our professionals are focused on the repair and maintenance of natural gas powered equipment, offering prompt 24-hour emergency service and exceptional customer care.

Rates for Residential Customers
normal service (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM)
First 30 minutes - $10
Each 1/4 hour thereafter - $10
emergency service (weekends & all other hours)
First 30 minutes - $50
Each 1/4 hour thereafter - $15

Rates for Commercial Customers
normal service (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM)
First 30 minutes - $30
Each 1/4 hour thereafter - $15
emergency service (weekends & all other hours)
First 30 minutes - $95
Each 1/4 hour thereafter - $20

Note: Emergency service rates apply on Massachusetts State Holidays. Commercial rates apply to all non-owner occupied and multi-unit dwellings and all commercial and industrial class accounts.

Contract Lighting
Have a business, basketball court, pool or driveway that needs some extra lighting? With our contract lighting service, your business can obtain a full exterior lighting solution from just $11.75/month including a high pressure sodium lamp, timer, and a 35 foot wood pole - wired and installed. And that low price even includes the electricity!

It seems as if everyone dreads high winter energy bills. HG&E’s budget plan divides your bills into twelve monthly payments, thereby making household budgeting simple. This year, be smart and plan ahead for next winter by joining HG&E’s budget plan.
