Utility Services:

New Gas Service Application
Complete this application if your home has never received gas service from HG&E.

New Electric Service Application
Used for establishing an electric connection for new construction or for an upgrade of an existing service. For questions reagrding meters contact our Metering Department at 536-9339.

Authorization for Account Access
Used to allow another individual (ie spouse, roommate) to access billing and consumption information from an HG&E Customer Account Representative.

Account Information Security Form
Used to restrict access to account information through a customer-selected password. Applies to residential accounts.

Special Programs:

Residential Energy Conservation Program
Homeowners can receive up to $5,000 that is repayable at 0% interest for up to 60 months to install energy conservation measures such as home insulation, replacement windows or high efficiency gas fired boilers and water heaters. (Some restrictions apply, see program brochure for details)

Residential Energy Conservation Program Proof of Installation Form
Completion of this form by both the homeowner/property owner and the project contractor is required before HG&E will begin processing for payments under the Residential Energy Conservation Program

Commercial Assistance Program
Business owners can receive 0% interest assistance that is repayable over flexible terms towards the installation of gas-fired heating systems, energy efficient lighting, or central air conditioning.
